Guardian selects commercial property that meets its investment criteria for income and capital growth to our investors. These properties generally are commercial , retail or industrial  with a strong tenant profile and located in areas that should enjoy capital growth over the medium term.

The property is held in a property syndicate and for a minimum investment of $20,000, investors become part owners of the property and receive regular income distributions and proportionally share in the capital gain upon resale.
