Guardian Securities Limited (ACN 106 187 731 AFSL N0 240506) was formed in 2004 by its founding director, Guy Hasenkam, to provide first mortgage investment offers to its investor base.
Since then we have provided many developers with a range of products that suit their particular projects by matching them with investors who share the same risk profile.
Guardian Securities now operates three registered funds being a contributory Mortgage Fund, a property development fund and a fund that offers property development and financial assets.
This allows us to promote particular projects to investors who have a preference for certain sectors and markets. These may be land subdivisions, residential construction, office complexes or commercial property and other financial assets.
We provide Responsible Entity services to interested parties who require an AFSL License to manage their investments. Guardian Securities has been granted an AFSL No. 240506 from ASIC to allow it to promote both financial assets, mortgage schemes and property syndicates to retail and wholesale investors.
We can assist developers with structuring an investment offer to its investor base in order to raise the required equity or investor funds by ensuring that the offer complies with the current ASIC fundraising guidelines.
Guardian Securities can also provide all of the back office administration services such as unit registry, compliance, loan administration, dispute resolution and investor relations.
The team at Guardian Securities has both the experience and expertise to offer investors, developers and borrowers the opportunity to consider a range of investment profiles that match their risk criteria.
